Allocated Pension Rules

The superannuation fund rules must ensure the following [SIS regulation 1.06(4)]:

Apart from payments by way of commutation, but including payments made under a Family Law payment split, annual pension payments are not to be larger or smaller in total than the maximum and minimum limits set out under SIS Schedule 1A.
